I’m Tal, a software engineer and engineering leader. I’m the Director of Engineering at OneLayer, where I work on cybersecurity for private cellular networks and spend most of my time building systems, teams, and the occasional bridge between the two.
I’m most interested in the parts of engineering that sit somewhere between technology, product, and people: designing systems that hold up over time, making good technical decisions, and creating environments where strong teams can do their best work.
Outside of work, I’m usually thinking about design, photography, watches, or some other rabbit hole I’ve gone unnecessarily deep into.
